                             LF step together step L (L hand raised L, R hand on hip),
8 counts:          RF double ct. cross mayim L (hands cross in front and raise apart),
8 counts:          RF bowing step together step forward into center (hands extend low),
                             LF bowing step together step backward out of center (hands extend low),
4 counts:          RF 2pt turn R (hands raised), Bal R-L (hands extend apart),

Part II
8 counts:          CCW hop forward R-L-R-L (hands swing & snap R-L-R-L),
8 counts:          RF windmill pivot into center (RF steps into center, hops & pivot ½ turn   
                             L, LF hops in place, RF steps out of circle, hops and pivots ½ turn L,
                             LF hops in place) (R hand raised R, L hand on hip),
